In harmony with body and soul

In my psychotherapeutic work, I take a very individual approach to your concerns and therapeutic goals. The methods I use are based on the latest scientific findings and are adapted to your needs in order to provide you with the best possible support in your development process.

Individual support for life's challenges

My services at a glance

I help you to cope with stressful situations, strengthen your resources and regain your emotional well-being. Below you will find an overview of my services. Together we will find the path that suits you.

Person-Centered Therapy

I work from a person-centred foundation, which means I believe that you are the expert of your own experience. My role is to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. By listening with empathy and respect, I aim to help you reconnect with your inner resources and find your own path toward healing and change.

Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

When appropriate, I integrate CBT techniques to help you identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that may be contributing to your emotional distress. Together, we’ll work to challenge these patterns and develop more constructive ways of thinking and coping. This approach can be particularly effective for issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.

Gestalt and Humanistic Approaches

I incorporate elements of Gestalt and humanistic therapy to support greater self-awareness and emotional expression. This means helping you stay present with your feelings and explore how past experiences may be influencing your life today. I often invite reflection on body sensations, relational dynamics, and unspoken emotions to deepen the therapeutic process.

Integrative and Eclectic Methods

My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models to tailor the work to your individual needs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—instead, I adapt techniques from different frameworks, including psychodynamic, cognitive, and experiential approaches, to create a flexible, responsive experience that supports your personal growth.

Transactional Analysis

Transactional Analysis helps us explore the roles and patterns you may unconsciously adopt in relationships, often shaped by early life experiences. I use this approach to help you understand how you relate to others, recognize repetitive patterns, and develop more autonomous, adult ways of interacting. This can be especially valuable in improving communication and emotional resilience.

Transpersonal and Phenomenological Models

I also integrate transpersonal and phenomenological perspectives for those interested in exploring deeper questions of meaning, purpose, or spiritual growth. These models help us attend to your lived experience in a holistic way, including aspects that may lie beyond conventional psychology. This approach can be grounding and expansive, especially during times of existential transition or personal transformation.
